a variety of sauces are used as toppings. khao Pad the fried rice seems to be popular along with a
variety of noodles. The food is light with an aroma of spices. One can find the food a mixture of sweet,
salty, spicy and bitter at the same time, each mingling together in a nice fusion. Khao, the word used for
eating and rice is the same in Thailand and there is a lot of use of rice which is a staple food.
