Reached Glasgow on 10th June, 2019. This was my second visit to this town, I had earleer visited this in 2004 to give few lectures in theDepartment of Government, University of Strathclyde, McCance Building,16 Richmond Street,Glasgow. Glasgow is the biggest city in Scotland and the third most populated city of United Kingdom. Located on western lowlands on the rive Clyde it is a port city with a lot of Victorian Architectural monuments dating back to 18th and 19th century. We stopped at the market square and admired the beautiful buildings all around us. It has an art gallery, a museum. The town rose to prosperity with the coming of Industrial revolution. The cobbled pathways reminded one of medieval towns.
