Cirque du soleli theater

In today's world when films with their digital technology, graphics have taken over entertainment and theater is dying, Cirque du soleli, theater O, at Ballagio is able to stand on its own.  O meaning Au for water in French was a theater performed in water with acrobats, synchronised swimming and many character coming on stage, neary thirty to thirty five at a glance, each group performing its own task and keeping the audience spell bound for ninety minutes . Imagination ran riot and horses, ducks, tortoises materialised from thin air, rain fell from the sky, actors jumped from the sky and disappeared into it, there was a  ship here and a boat there, fire on wheels and there were acts performed with fire. In between a stage propped at the centre of   the pool and actors danced and walked across it. There was dance, drama, songs, mimicry and the huge stage had a number of acts taking place simultaneously. There was also mime to lighten the mood. Amidst this mesmerized experience what struck me most was the discipline of the audience too. At the beginning of the play they announce no photos please and no one took out the phone or clicked a photo. At the end of the act when the actors came on stage one carried a play card stating photos and every one then took photos. Indeed an experience of a life time and I would recommend this as a must see act in Las Vegas.
